Since getting his motorcycle licence in 2012, Andrew has spent his career inside the motorcycle industry — dealerships, independent shops, every kind of job the trade has to offer. He knows Harley-Davidson the way only years of hands-on work can teach you.
He opened Defiant Motorcycles because riders in the Okanagan were being underserved. Not every oil leak is an emergency. Not every repair needs a hard sell. Andrew tells you what you actually have — and lets you decide for your bike.

Terresa has been riding since 2009. Her first bike was a 2010 Harley-Davidson Dyna Low — she knows this world from the saddle, not just the spreadsheet.
She runs the back end of Defiant Motorcycles. Financials, suppliers, scheduling, operations. The shop works because she makes it work.
